Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an experienced Learning Technologies Consultant to transform our learning function. You will support and maintain LMS and related systems, design scalable learning solutions, and work with Learning Product Managers to drive engagement and measurable results across the organization.

You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deploy courseware, ensure data integrity, and educate users on best practices, enabling improved utilization and business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with learning management systems and LCMS.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Customer-service focused and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Administer the LMS, monitor help desks, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Liaise with IT to deploy courseware and programs.
• Perform LMS quality control and document policies.
• Coordinate system upgrades and UAT with vendors.
• Test and roll out new courses and technologies.
