Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Learning Tools Manager to own the learning technology stack for the Community Support Training team. You will lead LMS strategy, integrations, content architecture, and vendor partnerships to scale learning across hosts and guests.

You will drive end-to-end LMS transitions, define success metrics, build dashboards, and partner with data, engineering, and HR systems. The role blends learning strategy, product management, and enterprise tech in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in learning technology, L&D systems administration, or related field within tech/high-growth environment.
• Experience owning or leading an LMS at an organizational level with at least one implementation/migration.
• Familiarity with learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring) and SCORM/xAPI.
• Proven track record of managing complex multi-stakeholder technology projects.
• Experience working with data & analytics teams; translating learning data into insights.
• Familiarity with vendor management, RFPs, contract negotiations, supplier relationships.
• Prior people management including performance reviews and development.
