The role emphasizes system upgrades, governance, and data-driven insights, with cross-functional collaboration and ongoing professional development opportunities within a large senior living organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of LMS administration or systems support experience.
• Experience with reporting tools (Excel, Tableau or similar).
• Experience supporting enterprise systems and end users.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end LMS and learning portal lifecycle.
• Lead system upgrades, releases, and enhancements.
• Provide Tier 1-2 support and user training.
• Develop and distribute reports for compliance and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes.
• Support content deployment strategies with Instructional Design teams.
