Job summary

Aston Carter in Irvine, CA is seeking a Human Resources Specialist – Learning and Development to support global training initiatives. You will manage the LMS, coordinate training logistics, and provide professional administrative and customer service support to learners and internal stakeholders.

This temporary, full-time role is 40 hours weekly, with a hybrid schedule three days onsite. You will ensure accurate course configurations, enrollments, reporting, and smooth learning operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of administrative and/or customer service-related experience.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Global Learning & Development inbox and assist with LMS troubleshooting.
• Administer training invitations and enrollment processes, including registrations and notifications.
• Handle training marketing activities to promote learning programs and drive participation.
• Pull attendance reports from the LMS and mark training completions.
• Coordinate logistics for in-person training, including catering and materials.
