Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in L&D or training.
• Experience coordinating training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and LMS experience.

• At least 1 year of Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or related experience
• Experience coordinating training programs and employee development initiatives
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
