The Learning and Development Manager serves as a strategic technical partner within the Quality department, responsible for the evolution of the company’s digital learning ecosystem. This role focuses on the end-to-end lifecycle of technical training from the architectural development of the Learning Management System to the creation of high-impact, interactive instructional content.
A key priority for this position is the modernization of hundreds of Standard Work Instructions, transitioning them from static documents into engaging, multi-media learning modules that reduce human error and improve accuracy and employee retention.
The Specialist acts as a regional consultant for site leadership, providing the technical training, data insights, and system support necessary to sustain rapid organizational growth while maintaining strict audit and compliance standards.
Minimum B.S. Instructional Design, Computer Science, Education, or Quality Systems.
Certificates & Licenses: Preferred - Instructional Design certification
Warehouse experience preferred.
Other Physical Requirements: Must wear composite-toed boots, hearing protection, ability to travel by car or plane, high frequency of computer keyboarding, high frequency of viewing a computer monitor.
Work is performed primarily in the office during daytime working hours. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate in other situations.
For this position, the expected base pay range is $102,312.00 - $127,890.00 . Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
