Qualifications

• Minimum B.S. in Instructional Design, Computer Science, Education, or Quality Systems.
• Experience transforming static documents into multimedia learning modules.
• Knowledge of LMS architecture and content development tools.

Responsibilities

• Content Transformation: develop interactive content and multimedia learning modules.
• LMS Administration: manage daily system maintenance and roadmaps.
• Site Support & Training: act as technical point of contact for sites.
• Document Alignment: coordinate with Quality and Document Control on updates.
• Compliance & Auditing: audit training records to ensure standards.
• Continuous Improvement: identify gaps and create additional content.
