Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Manager, Training to design, implement, and improve training programs and quality systems across our logistics organization. You will partner with Operations and leaders to drive performance, monitor KPIs, and promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications in quality management, Lean Six Sigma, training & development, or supply chain preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in training, quality assurance, operations excellence, or learning & development in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing or distribution.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams and projects.
• Experience in designing competency-based learning programs and implementing quality management systems.
• Proven track record of driving operational improvements and employee capability development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training and quality strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Design, implement, and evaluate onboarding, operations and refresher training for warehouse, transportation, customer service, and support teams.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training manuals, work instructions, and quality documentation.
• Establish quality standards, audit processes, and performance scorecards for compliance.
• Conduct regular quality audits, process observations, and root-cause analyses to identify improvements.
• Deliver coaching and performance improvement initiatives for operational teams and supervisors.
• Prepare and present reports on training effectiveness, quality performance, and improvement initiatives.
