Job summary

Velocity Vehicle Group is seeking an innovative Learning & Development Manager to lead the design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our organization’s learning ecosystem. This role focuses on leadership development, safety, compliance, operations, and professional growth across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Learning & Development or related experience.
• Experience building leadership, compliance, operational, and safety training.
• Hands-on LMS administration experience.
• Experience partnering with SMEs to design learning content.
• Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate content development.
• Strong instructional design and adult learning theory knowledge.
• Excellent facilitation, project management, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver leadership development programs for frontline and senior leaders.
• Collaborate with executives and department leaders to identify leadership gaps and create learning solutions.
• Create blended learning experiences including workshops, virtual learning, coaching, e-learning, and self-paced programs.
• Support succession planning with leadership pathways and measurable outcomes.
• Measure program effectiveness using assessments and business impact metrics.
