Job summary

Socket.dev in the United States seeks an LMS Engineer/Administrator to design and optimize training solutions for healthcare learners. You’ll configure the LMS, customize interfaces and courses, and ensure secure, scalable access.

Collaborating with instructional designers, you’ll integrate Docebo (preferred) and other platforms, build Power BI reports, and manage data flows with SQL/CSV. This role demands strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Technology, healthcare or related field.
• Minimum three years of related work experience in a healthcare LMS or LMS web environment.
• Strong LMS knowledge; Docebo preferred; transferable knowledge from Cornerstone, Workday Learning, etc.
• Integration platforms: Workato, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Zapier.
• Data skills including Advanced Excel, SQL basics, CSV manipulation.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, Postman; basic scripting.
• Project management and change management experience; systems integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Configure the LMS to meet the institution's specific needs, including UI, course structures, and user roles.
• Generate and analyze reports to track learner progress, engagement, and course effectiveness.
• Ensure seamless integration with content authoring software, video conferencing tools, and external databases.
• Provide technical support to learners and instructors to troubleshoot issues.
• Manage user roles and permissions within the LMS to maintain security.
• Regularly update the system, apply patches, and implement security measures.
• Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers to create engaging e-learning courses.
