Job summary

Eagle Harbor, LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst - LMS to develop, modify, and support SQL-based reports from the LMS data, working with internal and external stakeholders to handle complex reporting requests and ensure LMS data integrity on-site in Albuquerque, NM.

You will support LMS data management, bulk uploads, Helpdesk coverage, and maintain technical documentation and SOPs. Proficiency in MS SQL Server, SSRS, data warehousing, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Analytics or 4+ years related experience.
Strong SQL development and reporting skills with SSRS.
Experience with data warehousing and data integrity.
Experience with Helpdesk ticketing systems and user support workflows.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex SQL reports using SSRS and raw SQL.
Manage LMS data loads, integrity, and bulk uploads; support Helpdesk ops.
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture reporting requirements; document SOPs.
Provide user training on report usage and scheduling; escalate issues as needed.
