Job summary

US Tech Solutions seeks an experienced LMS Administrator to manage ComplianceWire and related LMS activities in a regulated environment. You will develop reports, manage user structures, and optimize training delivery to support compliance and performance goals.

You’ll collaborate with Training CoE, deliver analytics, and create job aids while maintaining accuracy and audit-readiness across the LMS ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) in a regulated or compliant environment.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable LMS improvements.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports to track learning compliance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standardized reporting tools and dashboards to monitor learning compliance and learner activity.
• Provide SME support for LMS administration, user management, and system integrations.
• Lead LMS-related projects, manage course enrollment, curricula, and assessments, and coordinate with stakeholders.
