Job summary

Schneider in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Business Reporting Analyst to support Driver Training, Safety and Regulatory teams through LMS administration and reporting. You will partner with curriculum and technology teams to deliver accurate dashboards and reports that drive data‑driven decisions.

The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, a related bachelor's degree, and strong Excel and Power BI skills. This is a hybrid, full-time position with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with LMS, BI reporting, analytics, dashboards.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Power BI or BI tools experience.
• Strong communicator across functions.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a support resource for Learning Management System (LMS) and training technologies.
• Create reports and dashboards for Driver Training, Safety and Regulatory teams.
• Manage LMS administration, enrollments, content maintenance, audits and compliance-related records.
• Work with curriculum and technology teams to implement training programs.
• Monitor data integrity to ensure accuracy across reporting and learning systems.
• Complete technology testing for LMS, training and safety technologies, reports and dashboards; identify measurement needs and track trends.
