Job summary

Eagle Harbor, LLC. is seeking a Data Analyst – LMS to develop and support SQL-based reports from the LMS data, ensuring data integrity and handling complex reporting requests from stakeholders.

The role includes LMS administration coverage and collaboration with IT and training teams. Strong SQL, data warehousing, and documentation skills are required, with excellent communication and customer service abilities to support daily LMS Helpdesk operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years related work experience required.
• Strong SQL skills with ability to write and maintain queries without visual wizards.
• Experience querying and reporting from a data warehouse or enterprise data source.
• Familiarity with Helpdesk ticketing systems and user support workflows.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, maintain, and support SQL reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Write raw SQL queries directly without relying on visual tools.
• Extract, organize, and report from a Data Warehouse for business/training needs.
• Provide LMS data management, validation, and bulk uploads as needed.
• Create, update, and follow technical documentation and SOPs; train end-users.
