Job summary

Inhabit is seeking a Client Learning Solutions Manager (CLSM) to support assigned client accounts with LMS administration, technical support, and client relationship management in Chandler, AZ. You will handle system configuration, user setup, course assignments, reporting, and payroll-related updates, while partnering with sales and support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in LMS administration or SaaS operations.
• Experience with LMS, HRIS, or enterprise software.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot complex software.
• Strong customer service and multiclient support.
• Experience onboarding clients and training admins.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated and organized; able to work independently.
• Prefer Salesforce experience.
• Experience with billing coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts.
• Partner with Sales for demos and client evaluations.
• Manage day-to-day LMS administration and course assignments.
• Handle data imports, payroll uploads, and data integrity.
• Lead client onboarding and implementation.
• Identify client needs and renewals; expand training programs.
• Support billing coordination and accounts receivable.
• Educate client admins on LMS features and reporting.
• Monitor usage and provide engagement insights.
• Troubleshoot LMS issues and manage Help Desk tickets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support.
• Support special projects as assigned.
