Job summary

Inhabit is seeking a Client Learning Solutions Manager to support assigned client accounts with LMS administration, technical support, and relationship management. You’ll manage system configuration, user setup, course assignments, dashboards, and reporting while coordinating onboarding and renewals.

Success requires hands-on LMS operations, strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple client requests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in property management, SaaS ops, or client services.
• Experience with LMS, HRIS or enterprise software.
• Ability to learn, configure, and troubleshoot complex apps.
• Strong client relationships and service mindset.
• Onboarding and software implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts and guide LMS solutions.
• Partner with Sales for demos, evaluations, and alignment.
• Manage day-to-day LMS admin tasks and user management.
• Handle data imports/exports and ensure data accuracy.
• Lead client onboarding and rollout with training and setup.
• Identify client needs, risks, and renewal opportunities.
• Support billing coordination and AR follow-ups.
• Educate admins on LMS features, reporting, and best practices.
• Monitor usage and provide insights to improve outcomes.
• Troubleshoot issues and manage Help Desk tickets to resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support for a seamless experience.
• Contribute to internal projects and documentation.
