Job summary

Inhabit is seeking a Client Learning Solutions Manager to oversee LMS operations, client onboarding, and ongoing training programs across multiple accounts. The role emphasizes strong customer service, detailed system configuration, and proactive issue resolution to maximize client value of the GROW LMS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management, multifamily, client services, account management, LMS administration, software support, SaaS operations, training administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS platforms, property management software, or other enterprise software systems.
• Demonstrated ability to learn, configure, administer, and troubleshoot complex software applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and providing guidance on LMS solutions and training best practices.
• Lead client onboarding and implementation, ensuring a smooth rollout through coordination, training, and system setup.
• Troubleshoot LMS issues, investigate support requests, and manage Help Desk tickets through resolution.
