McKesson is seeking an LMS Analyst to support, configure, analyze, and optimize the Labor Management System across distribution centers. You will leverage labor data, standards, KPIs, and workforce analytics to improve productivity and reduce costs.

You will serve as the primary functional expert for LMS, handling interfaces, upgrades, and security. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required along with strong SQL and MOCA/Blue Yonder expertise.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Blue Yonder LMS.
• Strong SQL development and troubleshooting in Oracle SQL Server.
• Experience with APIs, web services, XML, JSON, and flat files.

Responsabilidades

• Support, configure, and optimize the LMS across distribution center operations.
• Analyze labor data, standards, KPIs, and workforce analytics to improve productivity.
• Manage user access, security, and system configuration in enterprise apps.
• Support LMS upgrades, patches, testing, and enhancements.
