Job summary

Empath Health is seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator for a temporary contract in Tampa, FL. The role covers 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and no weekends or on-call duties.

Initial start date is October 5, 2026, with coverage through January 22, 2027. The LMS Administrator will handle technical administration, content management, reporting, troubleshooting, and optimization of the LMS, collaborating with HRIS, IT, and learning stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years of related LMS experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and publish content in the LMS.
• Generate reports on training activity, compliance, and audits.
• Collaborate with HRIS and IT for integrations.
• Provide guidance and training on LMS usage.
• Coordinate LMS projects across departments.
