Job summary

Leader Communications Inc. is seeking a skilled Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Technician to support operation and maintenance of LMR hardware, software, and infrastructure at Goodfellow Air Force Base, TX. The role requires ability to obtain a U.S.

Government Public Trust clearance. The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to system configuration and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years related experience supporting similar systems and hardware.
• Related OEM manufacturers certifications.
• Proven hands-on experience repairing electronic communications equipment.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to pass a background check and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Strong knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70 and 800 building standards and applicable safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance as scheduled per policies.
• Troubleshoot, repair, replace, update, and configure hardware, software, and infrastructure.
• Program, configure, test, and validate system changes to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Update and maintain logs, records, and related technical documentation.
• Provide support for installations, modifications, and other projects.
