Senior Care Therapy, LLC is seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. The role includes collaboration with facility staff, CEU support, and a clinician-led training environment.

Full-time opportunities with flexible hours, a sign-on bonus up to $6,000, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans are offered.

Competenze

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of application.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Ability to provide in-person services at facilities, up to 45 minutes.
• Experience with EHR systems such as PacEHR is a plus.
• Comfort with geriatric/subacute/long-term care settings.

Mansioni

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy in subacute or skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions; develop evidence-based plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families; maintain documentation in the EHR.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
