Job summary

Senior Care Therapy is seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) for in-person psychotherapy roles in geriatric settings across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. Roles can be full-time or part-time, with opportunities to serve residents in skilled nursing facilities and subacute care environments.

We provide administrative support, including billing and credentialing, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a sign-on bonus for eligible full-time clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state applying for.
• Ability to provide in-person psychotherapy in SNF/facility settings.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, compliant with regulatory standards.
• Comfort with EHR systems and facility workflows.
• Ability to travel to multiple facilities as needed within NJ/NY/PA/MD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions in subacute or skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess and treat emotional/behavioral health conditions, including depression and anxiety.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with facility staff and family members to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR and monitor patient progress.
