Job summary

Thrive Support Services Inc. is seeking a Living Services Program Manager to lead the combined Independent Living Services (ILS) and Supported Living Services (SLS) programs, ensuring quality, compliance, and financial performance while building a unified team that delivers person-centered supports.

The program manager will supervise ILS and SLS case managers, drive service delivery, EVV compliance, ISP alignment, and regulatory requirements under Title 17 and the Lanterman Act, focusing on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field.
• Master's degree in a human services-related field preferred.
• 3+ years administrative or supervisory experience in a similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of both ILS and SLS programs as a single, integrated department.
• Coordinate program operations to ensure compliance with agency policy, EVV requirements, and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and oversee ISP-aligned client training and supports.
• Ensure scheduling ratios and staffing reflect vendorization requirements.
• Oversee client instruction across domains and conduct home/community visits.
• Maintain training materials and curriculum for independent living and supported living.
• Oversee on-call rotation and emergency staffing coverage.
