Job summary

Life Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate Community Living services. The role involves managing a caseload, ensuring QA, budgeting, and compliance with funding and accreditation standards, and training staff on goals and progress tracking.

You will oversee ISL budgets, staffing plans, and reporting, supervise Team Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals, and collaborate with coordinators to ensure person-centered planning and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising team in community living services.
• Knowledge of ISL budgets and QA audits.
• Strong reporting to Program Director.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly QA visits to homes for observations and feedback.
• Maintain ISL budgets and staffing patterns with accuracy.
• Train and support Team Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensure ISL ISP and Addendums are completed and accurate.
• Coordinate with support coordinators for person-centered planning meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations.
• Prepare monthly reports and ensure confidentiality of records.
• Oversee payroll and purchasing records in line with policy.
