Job summary

Journey to Thrive ILS in Woodland, CA is seeking an ILS Instructor to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to build life skills, gain independence, and thrive in their communities.

You'll develop individualized plans, teach daily living skills, document progress, and collaborate with families and regional centers to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in human services.
• Knowledge of Independent Living Skills (ILS) and regional center services preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Must pass background check and TB test.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in social services a plus.
