Job summary

Almost Family in San Diego is seeking an experienced SLS/ILS Program Manager to lead its expanding program. You will oversee DSP teams, manage person-centered planning for a diverse caseload, and serve as the primary liaison to SDRC coordinators, driving census growth and referral networks.

You will ensure compliance with Title 17 and SDRC requirements while developing staff and refining service delivery. This role reports to the Director and is based in person in San Diego, CA.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supported living services for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Proven ability to grow a caseload or program through referrals.
• Knowledge of Title 17 regulations and IPP processes.
• Strong written communication for plans, reports, and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly census growth targets for SLS/ILS and respite services.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships with SDRC service coordinators and partners.
• Oversee service delivery per Title 17, Lanterman Act, and SDRC vendor requirements.
• Conduct intakes, develop individualized service plans, and track progress.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Participate in on-call rotation for staffing, health, and safety matters.
