Lifehouse Agency in San Rafael, CA is seeking a Manager for our Supported Living Services (SLS) team. You will oversee design and implementation of SLS and coordinate IPP for individuals served, emphasizing dignity and independence.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience with people with I/DD preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing others.
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the design and implementation of SLS.
• Coordinate the IPP of individuals served with dignity and independence.
• Maintain communication with individuals served, Lifehouse staff and families.
• Hire, train and motivate qualified staff.
• Maintain documentation and assist with referrals and intakes.
• Provide advocacy and support for self-advocacy and health.
