Job summary

New Start SLS is seeking a dedicated Program Manager to supervise Life Skills Coaches and provide in-home assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. This full-time position involves a mix of community, in-home, and administrative responsibilities. You will help facilitate meaningful choices for our clients, ensuring they reach their self-set goals and gain greater independence.

The role requires sensitivity to the diverse needs of consumers, overseeing care for up to 10 individuals. A strong background in management and experience in the field is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must complete and maintain a satisfactory LiveScan background check.
• Must have at least 2 years experience working with Regional Center Consumer Groups.

Responsibilities

• Supervising Life Skills Coach and other staff.
• Providing in-home and community-based assistance to individuals.
• Documenting daily charting notes and adhering to medication administration processes.
