Job summary

Whatnot seeks a senior Market Intelligence professional to own the livestream shopping market view and adjacent markets. You will build dashboards, partner with product, pricing, and policy teams, and translate external data into clear, decision-ready insights for senior leadership.

You will lead data infrastructure, manage vendors, and drive proactive analysis across live commerce trends. This role is based in the US with on-site hubs in major cities and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5-6+ years in rigorous analytical environments such as consulting, investment banking, or startups.
• Strong SQL and end-to-end data infrastructure ownership.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Sigma/Hex/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Own market understanding for livestream and adjacent markets.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Spot patterns in market pricing, promotions, product, and policy.
• Translate external data into decision-ready recommendations.
• Own recurring market intelligence reporting and vendor management.
