Job summary

Whatnot is seeking a Market Intelligence Manager/Senior Manager to lead how we understand livestream shopping and adjacent markets. You will turn fragmented data into a trusted market picture, guiding decisions on product, pricing, and customer experience across teams.

You'll partner with data engineering, analytics, sales, product, marketing, and leadership to ensure we act on timely, insightful market signals. Remote-friendly with US hub options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5-6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking/private equity, a fast-growing startup, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment.
• Strong analytical rigor with SQL and end-to-end data infrastructure ownership.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functionally and drive change.
• Curious about livestream shopping market trends across multiple dimensions.
• Fluency in using AI tools for problem-solving and execution.
• Experience building dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing external vendor relationships and data quality.
• Strategic thinker with methodical execution in fast-moving environments.
