Job summary

Whatnot is seeking a Market Intelligence Manager / Senior Manager to own the understanding of the livestream shopping market and adjacent markets. You will translate fragmented data into a trusted view and work with data engineering, analytics, sales, product, marketing, and leadership to inform decisions.

You will build dashboards, monitor market shifts, and shape how Whatnot responds to pricing, promotions, and policy while partnering with cross-functional teams to scale insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a rigorous analytical environment such as consulting, investment banking/private equity, or startup.

Responsibilities

• Monitor livestream shopping market performance and benchmark Whatnot against peers.
• Own data sources and vendor relationships with ongoing quality management.
• Build dashboards and reports for executives and stakeholders across the business.
• Translate data into clear, decision-ready recommendations for product, pricing, and customer experience.
• Develop scalable market intelligence tooling and processes to scale insights.
