Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Livestock Technology Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the first line of contact for our valued customers, providing them with excellent service and support over the phone. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our technology portfolio and are able to derive maximum value from it. This position requires a strong understanding of the beef and dairy business, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide patient and effective training.
In this fully remote position, the ideal candidate will work closely with customers, the technical solutions support team, and the sales team to ensure customer user experience and satisfaction with SenseHub technology products.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to initial inquiries, and providing timely and accurate support.
Conduct basic virtual training sessions with new customers, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our technology portfolio and how to utilize it effectively.
Monitor customer progress and address any challenges or issues that arise promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering ongoing virtual support and guidance to maximize their satisfaction.
Stay up to date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.
Act as an ambassador for our company, promoting our technology portfolio and showcasing the value it brings to the livestock industry.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Animal Science, Dairy Science, or a related field is preferred or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Herd Management software experience (DairyComp, Bovisync, PC Dart, Micro, AHI, CattleMax, etc.).
Proven experience working in the cattle industry, with a strong understanding of practices and challenges.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
Highly patient and customer-oriented, with a strong commitment to ensuring customer success.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Proficiency in using technology, including software applications and monitoring systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for driving positive change in the livestock industry.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US salary range:
$77,700.00 - $122,300.00Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days. A summary of benefits is listed here .
