Job description

Job Title: Salesforce Support Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Support Engineer with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

  • Handle L2 Production Support for Salesforce Platform
  • Integrate with SOAP/REST or Mulesoft API
  • Work with programming/scripting languages like Java, JavaScript
  • Understand Salesforce Customizations using Apex, Lightning Aura, Lightning Web Components
  • Configure Salesforce inbound and outbound integrations
  • Work with XML & JSON Web Services (SOAP/REST)
  • Utilize scripted data loader, web services, middleware, and other enterprise integration technologies
  • Possess Salesforce certifications such as Admin PD1; certifications in Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud are advantageous
Experience & Skills:
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce programming
  • Strong JavaScript skills, with expertise in Aura framework and LWC
  • Experience with Salesforce integration and configuration
  • Knowledge of XML & JSON Web Services
