Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Support Engineer with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

  1. Hands-on experience in handling L2 Production Support for Salesforce Platform.
  2. Understanding of Salesforce Customizations using Apex, Lightning Aura, Lightning Web Components.
  3. Experience with integration using SOAP/REST or Mulesoft API.
  4. Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java and JavaScript.
  5. Experience with Salesforce.com integration, inbound and outbound configurations.
  6. Strong understanding of XML & JSON Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  7. Experience with scripted data loaders, web services, middleware, and enterprise integration technologies.
  8. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Admin PD1 are required; additional certifications in Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud are advantageous.
