What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide 24/7 technical support to customers, resolving hardware, software, assay, and training-related issues via various communication methods
- Utilize remote diagnostics to monitor instruments and proactively address potential issues
- Triage inquiries and assign calls to field service when necessary
- Collect and analyze data, classifying complaints according to FDA requirements
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM database

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate, vocational, or equivalent degree in biology, clinical lab science, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or chemistry
- Minimum of 3 years of industry-related experience
- Willingness to work one weekend each month and participate in rotating on-call shifts
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction over the phone
- Experience using CRM platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a medical technology call center or medical laboratory setting
- Background in a customer service environment
