• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide to maintain department standards and appealing displays.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts and replenishment.
• Oversee the recovery process to keep the department neat, organized, and visually appealing.
• Coordinate and execute price changes, updating labels and signage as required.
• Manage playbook features and planogram sets according to guidelines to maximize sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the department.
• Provide customer service support and assist customers with inquiries and locating products.
• Support front-end tasks and handling loadouts as needed.
• Operate common retail equipment and hand-held devices; participate in cross-training.
• Engage in training programs and webinars to stay current with developments.
• Demonstrate Rural King values in daily work and interactions.
