You will coach staff, handle daily tasks, and participate in training programs to grow with the company. A strong retail background and excellent communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide to maintain department standards and appealing displays.
• Monitor inventory levels with regular stock counts and replenish from stockroom/top stock.
• Oversee receipt and recovery processes to keep the department neat and attractive.
• Coordinate and execute price changes with accurate labeling.
• Implement playbook features and planogram sets per company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the department and workspace.
• Provide proactive customer service and assist with inquiries and product locations.
• Support front-end tasks such as transactions or loadouts as needed.
• Operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and learning initiatives to stay current.
