Responsibilities

• Adhere to indoor merchandising guides to maintain department displays and signing.
• Maintain inventory levels with stock counts, outs, reconciliations, and restocking.
• Oversee recovery to keep department neat and visually appealing.
• Coordinate price changes with teams; update labels and signage.
• Implement playbook features and planogram sets per guidelines to maximize sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols for a safe, pleasant environment.
• Provide customer service using the engagement model, assisting inquiries and locating products.
• Support front end operations by processing transactions or loadouts.
• Use office equipment: phone, copier, fax, calculator, computer.
• Operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders and other equipment.
• Cross-train across departments for flexibility.
• Participate in training programs and webinars to stay current.
• Provide friendly internal and external support promptly and effectively.
