Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Transplant Coordinator Nurse to coordinate care for the transplant patient population in Minnesota. You will assess patient needs, plan with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and families across the care continuum.

The role requires RN licensure with a BSN, 1+ year of clinical RN experience (3 years preferred), and flexibility to work days in a full-time schedule. TN sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a BSN-accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience required, 3 years preferred.
• Licensure as an RN in applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of transplant patient care in collaboration with patients, caregivers and the healthcare team.
• Provide patient and family education consistently and support quality improvement and research initiatives.
• Support adherence to transplant standards and regulatory guidelines and participate in committee work as needed.
