Job summary

Eligible for TN sponsorship with licensure and required certifications. The position is full-time, on-site in Minnesota, with 72 hours/pay period and a Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience; 3 years preferred.
• RN license by state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of transplant patient care with patient, caregiver, and multidisciplinary team.
• Assess patient data and plan care across the continuum.
• Provide patient and family education consistently.
• Demonstrate leadership through community involvement and quality improvement activities.
• Adhere to ANA/UNOS/FACT guidelines in practice.
