Mayo Clinic is seeking a Transplant Coordinator Nurse to oversee care coordination for transplant patients. You will assess needs with patients and a multidisciplinary team, plan care, and provide education to patients and families throughout the transplant journey.

Applicants should have a BSN from ACEN/CCNE-accredited program, valid RN license, 1 year of clinical RN experience (3 years preferred), and be able to work flexible hours. TN sponsorship may be available.

Competenze

• Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience; 3 years preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and adapt to unpredictable situations; leadership and interpersonal effectiveness required.
• RN license by applicable state requirements and current BLS.

• Coordinate all aspects of care for the transplant patient population in collaboration with patient, caregiver, and multidisciplinary team.
