Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience; 3 years preferred.
• Current RN license and BLS certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of care for the transplant patient population across the care continuum.
• Educate patients and families; provide leadership through committee work and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain compliance with ANA, UNOS, FACT and credentialing requirements; pursue required certifications.
