Job summary

DoorDash is hiring a Catering Concierge Specialist to be the primary contact for high-touch catering customers. You will capture event details, curate menus, coordinate orders with restaurants and Dashers, and ensure everything lands as requested.

You’ll also shape the Concierge experience as the program scales across markets and customer segments. You will own the intake-to-delivery cycle, recommend tailored menus, and work with Sales, CS/CSM, and Support teams to optimize the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, hospitality, account management, program management, or a related client-facing role.
• Comfortable with AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple customers and orders.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship from intake through delivery, anticipating needs and catching issues.
• Recommend restaurants and build custom menus tailored to each customer's use case and dietary needs.
• Collaborate with restaurants and Dashers to ensure large orders are prepared and delivered on time, onsite when needed.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Post-Sales/CSM, and Support teams to route customers to the right experience.
• Help build and refine Concierge operating processes as the program scales.
• Use AI tools to work more efficiently for research, drafting, or streamlining repetitive parts of the job.
