WPS in Torrance, CA seeks a Professional Development & Training Representative to support live workshops, webinars, and continuing education programs—from initial registration to the live experience.

You will coordinate course materials, manage customer information, assist instructors, and ensure CE guidelines are met, with Mon–Fri hours 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. PT and occasional travel to in-person trainings. This is a full-time role with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifikationen

• Strong customer service skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and Zoom; experience with OMS/LMS is a plus.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Proficient at clerical tasks, including accurate data entry.
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and interpersonal warmth.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Aufgaben

• Process orders for professional development products, including registrations, payment, database entry and communications.
• Confirm prerequisites and attendance requirements for courses.
• Handle cancellations, returns and transfers and provide documentation to accounting.
• Provide customer service via email and phone.
• Support live webinars with technical setup and communications, and be present in Torrance on webinar days.
• Coordinate instructor travel and reimbursements and manage course materials shipping.
• Represent WPS on-site at trainings and assist with CE compliance.
