You will ensure onboarding, safety, and professional development training are delivered, tracked, and auditable across divisions. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training coordination or related roles.
• Experience maintaining training databases and compliance documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and training management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical onboarding programs for all new employees.
• Schedule and track Project Management technical training sessions and document completion.
• Schedule and track Commissioning Agents technical training sessions and document completion.
• Schedule and track Finance-related processes and procedures training.
• Schedule and track Project Controls training and system access requirements.
• Coordinate departmental onboarding programs for Sales, Safety, and other business units as required.
• Maintain training records and completion documentation for all onboarding activities.
• Ensure all required training milestones are completed within established onboarding timelines.
