Job summary

Paramount, a Skydance Corporation, is seeking a Release Manager to own end-to-end launch processes for one of our live titles. You will drive post-launch updates across platforms, coordinating with the Executive Producer and developers to ensure on-time releases and high quality patches.

The role requires hands-on experience with platform submissions, strong communication, and a proactive, systems-thinking mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping on all platforms (Steam, EGS, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo)
• Hands-on with first-party submission and certification processes
• Knowledge of platform requirements (TRCs, XRs, lotcheck)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Proactive mindset and results-driven approach
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (JIRA, Asana, Miro, Excel)
• Awareness of CVAA, COPPA, GDPR
• Experience on live-service titles

Responsibilities

• Own submissions across first-party platforms (patches, content drops, store page updates)
• Advise teams on platform compliance requirements and opportunities
• Build and maintain release schedules with EP and developers
• Serve as primary contact between development teams and platform partners
• Coordinate localization, marketing, and development to keep releases on track
• Act as technical contact for platform partners
• Coordinate feature approvals with platform holders as needed
• Manage age rating submissions with global rating boards
