Job summary

Paramount Skydance Corporation is seeking a Media Operations Senior Manager to own the end-to-end media infrastructure, access, and workflows supporting high-volume, multi-brand production across Paramount's global ecosystem. Based in LA, you will enforce storage/archive policies, provision secure editorial access, and lead vendor tools and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in media management, post-production operations, or media IT roles.
• Experience managing storage systems and access provisioning in production/enterprise environments.
• Proficient with cloud storage platforms and enterprise file transfer tools (Signiant/Media Shuttle, Aspera).

Responsibilities

• Own storage and archive strategy for on-premises and cloud environments.
• Provision, audit, and secure access to media environments for clients.
• Support live and near-live production/workflows and troubleshoot encoding/routing with engineering.
• Coordinate media transfers across internal teams and external vendors/post houses.
• Manage media technology vendor relationships and provide usage guidance for shared services.
• Serve as primary point of contact for media needs and workflow troubleshooting.
• Maintain reference data and workflow documentation; manage a team of media coordinators.
