Wolfoods, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a high-energy, on-site leadership role at our rural summer camp facilities across the US. You will oversee all prep and production for a designated day part, lead staff, and ensure strict allergen safety.

This is a live-in, on-site position in a fast-paced, high-volume environment requiring a 6-day/70-hour week. Competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and full room & board are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, culinary skills, and problem-solving abilities; able to navigate I-Pad.
• Physically able to stand long hours, work in hot/cold kitchen environments, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep and production for designated day part; ensure allergen safety and quality.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
