Job summary

Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rural US summer camps with on-site live-in duties. You will oversee prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and ensure strict allergen safety in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

This seasonal, full-time position runs May–Sept with a demanding 6-day/70-hour work week. Competitive pay, bonus, room & board, and travel allowance are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff for designated day parts.
• Oversee all prep and production and ensure allergen safety.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
