Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality is seeking an On-Site Manager in Manassas, VA. You will live on-site at the hotel, act as Manager on Duty, and supervise weekend operations and overnight on-call coverage (Wed–Sun).

You will partner with the General Manager to maintain guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The role requires leadership, hands-on management, and a commitment to brand standards while driving revenue and ensuring security and guest safety.

Qualifications

• Mandatory to live on site or within 30 minutes of the hotel when on call.
• Experience in hospitality management with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Team Management and supervision.
• Weekend supervision of front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff.
• Assist GM with budgetary control measures and payroll reviews.
• Ensure highest standards of guest service and address feedback.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and hotel procedures.
• Contribute to sales prospecting and revenue growth.
